Sarah Crossan

I have been in the early childhood industry for over eight years, beginning my journey as a trainee and discovering a true passion for supporting young children during their most important developmental years. Over time, I’ve grown into a Centre Manager role at Kids Central Early Learning Centre, where I combine leadership with hands on involvement.

I love watching young children of grow, learn, and develop confidence in themselves. They share the funniest stories, and no two days are ever the same, which is one of the things I enjoy most about working in early education.

One of the things I value most at Kids Central ELC is being present on the floor so both educators and children feel supported, encouraged, and guided. Creating a positive, nurturing space for both staff and families is at the heart of what I do.
